Husqvarna Prismas (900 or 7000 series in USA)

These were the models after the end of the 2000 series, specifically straight after the 6690 and like that machine they are completely computerised, with stepper motors to control both the feed dog and the needle's zig-zag.
Sadly, they lack the gearbox that was present from the 1950s to the 6690. They're still good machines, but there is a lot more plastic and it is weaker than previous machines. Other weaknesses are the foot controller (the rheostat breaks) and where the front circuit boards mount. The most common problem with the circuitry is the capacitor in the power supply, then other power supply parts, then the front board's capacitors.
